No hurt beyond healing.

No habit beyond helping.

No hang-up beyond hope.

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program.

What is a HURT?

“Hurt” is an emotional reaction to another person’s behaviour or to a disturbing situation. (abuse, abandonment, co-dependency, divorce, relationship issues, grief etc)

What is a HABIT?

“Habit” is an addiction or dependence on someone or something. (alcohol, drugs, pornography, hurtful people, food, gambling, smoking, shopping etc)

What is a HANG-UP?

“Hang-Ups” are negative mental attitudes that are used to cope with people or adversity. (anger, depression, fear, unforgiveness, control etc)

You might be familiar with other twelve-step programs but Celebrate Recovery goes one step further! We recognise that Jesus Christ is our higher power. True recovery begins within a relationship with him.

EIGHT Principles

Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount is one of the most powerful and impactful teachings that humanity has ever heard. The eight key principles of CR are drawn from these famous teachings of Jesus.

ONE Community

We are all ordinary followers of Jesus, who go to different churches, but are all united in our desire to break free from our past and radically support each other in our individual recovery.

“This recovery program is forward-looking. Rather than wallowing in the past, or dredging up and rehearsing painful memories over and over, Celebrate Recovery focuses on the future. Regardless of what has already happened, the solution is to start making wise choices now and depend on Christ’s power to help me make those changes”.

RICK Warren, Pastor (Saddleback Church, US)

There are many reasons why CR has been so helpful and so successful for us as a church.. its content is so helpful because it is Bible-driven and Gospel-driven… It makes it more than a program, it makes it a discipleship process.. with Jesus at the center“.

Mark Mumford, Senior pastor (Reach church, derby, UK)

“What is the point of being if you don’t at least try to do something remarkable?”

Lecrae, Rapper

Only 1 in 3 people join CR for addiction issues…

We all carry hurts and hangups from our upbringing, relationships or actions that have been committed against us or by us. CR is a safe space for you to work through your issues with God, surrounded by a non-judgemental community.
